What is Procuary?

Procuary is the procurement community’s premier networking fundraiser. It brings together buy-side, sell-side, and in-between professionals to celebrate achievements, network, and raises money for Cancer Research UK and Samaritans.

Who can attend?

Anyone working in or connected to procurement - buy-side, sell-side, or in-between - is welcome to join.

What is included with my ticket?

Your ticket gives access to the full event: networking, a welcome drink, a buffet, awards ceremony, and a chance to support our chosen charities. And some surprises on the night!

Are there opportunities to support your charities?

Absolutely! Donations, online auction bids, and raffles all go directly to Cancer Research UK and Samaritans. Volunteers also help raise awareness and funds. Follow Procuary on LinkedIn to see our posts.

Can I bring guests?

Tickets are for individuals; each person needs their own ticket. Invite colleagues or friends to purchase separately.

What are the event policies?

Procuary is an inclusive, harassment-free event. Bullying, discrimination, or unsafe behaviour isn’t tolerated. Responsible alcohol only; drugs prohibited. By attending, you consent to photos/videos taken by Procuary, partners, or guests being shared on social media.

Can I be contacted by sponsors or charities?

Only if you opt in during ticket purchase. You can choose to receive communications from Procuary, our headline sponsors, or our charity partners.

Where do my donations go?

Why are the tickets non-refundable?

Tickets are donation-based and non-refundable. This keeps the focus on raising funds for Cancer Research UK & Samaritans, makes admin easy, and ensures everyone commits to joining our premier networking event!

Can my colleagues or I register multiple tickets from the same company?

In the spirit of fairness, we will check registrations and may impose a cap on attendees per company. If needed, company management will be asked by the Procuary team to decide under the cap which employees can attend to ensure a fair mix of organisations and individuals at the event.

Does my company need to sponsor to send multiple attendees?

Procuary is a fundraising event. Companies who register multiple attendees but do not support the event with a sponsorship or are not an award nominee may be asked to reduce their numbers. Management will be asked to decide which employees can attend to ensure fairness and maximise support for our charities.

Can you tell me if my friends or team have registered?

We can’t confirm individual purchases. Best way is to ask your friends or team members directly.
